oh yes. got a new layout. gerr. i loved my old one, but it was just making everything so damn slow...it wasn't worth it. but...i like this one too...so ya know.
i babysat today. bleh. i was supposed to go to Connor's (one of the kid's i babysit) AYSO soccer game with my aunt beth...but it poured. hell, it's still pouring now. don't get me wrong, i absolutely love thunder & lightning storms, but tonight's thunder & lightning just plain sucks. haha. oh well.
i have to babysit again tomorrow...and next week i'm babysitting tuesday, wednesday, and friday...and i'm doing 8-5 those days. haha, VERY long day. i can handle it. haha.
oh, did i ever tell you all about my babysitting revelation? when i was little, to get me to do anything...clean up toys, get changed into pajamas, go get something for my parents...all my dad would have to say is, "i'll time you.". haha. those three damned little words got me to do ANNNYYTTHHIINNNGGG. jeez. so one day, i'm tryin to get connor to pick up some toys, and he's like, "i don't want to...i don't want to...". so me, having my revelation...tehe...says,
"i'll time you."
he's like, "cait-cait nooooooo."
(he calls me cait-cait...cute, right?? =] )
...
"i bet you can't beat my time."...
"nooooooo cait-cait. i don't wanna!"...
"one...two...three...fou..........."
he runs off picking up the toys faster than anything.
"cait-cait...did i beat it? what's my time? what's my time???"
"ummmm......39 seconds?...yup, you sure did beat me...."
hahahahahahahahahah.
