Possible New Plan
K is applying for grad school this fall so I'm thinking me and her will live in Seattle together until she goes to school and then I'll move to Portland because I don't plan on applying until the fall she'll be starting school. That gives me a year in seattle and a year in portland and then I'm off for grad school. By the time she gets a job, pays down some debt and is ready to move it'll be late summer-ish so the timing should work out pretty damn good. I like this new plan.
