oh just some stuff...
so portland is on hold. I want desperately to move and I really believe this is the right decision but I haven't been working. So I have NO money. And what little money I had saved I had to some of it to live and pay some bills. I'm going backwards, not forwards. Also with taking time off for SMF and New Orleans in may its going to take even longer to raise the cash. Its really getting me down. I need out of here real bad. I really hope work picks up here soon. It should. I think....
Also contributing money problems was my car was broken into last week and my trumpet was stolen! I had sold it the night before, went out to get it out of my car in the morning to pack it up to ship off and it was gone! luckily there was some much more important stuff in there that wasn't taken but it was $200 just gone! I filed a police report but I'm not holding my breath to get it back.
I'm getting really psyched for SMF. I'm still not sure about being able to stay sunday for the party but I'm hoping I can. That monday is my sister's 21st birthday and I might also have to work so I'm trying to work it out. I feel like work has really taken over my life and its gonna be great to get away and focus on something else for a few days.
Three of my friends have important job interviews this week and I really really hope they get the jobs. I'm pretty sure they will. I feel like this week is a good week. And this shit has just got to end. Something's got to give and I vote that this it! So I'm crossing my fingers and praying lots for them to get these jobs.
I think I have like a cold or a sinus infection or something. I don't know what but I feel icky and I don't like it. Also my grandmother keeps the heat turned up to some ridiculous temperature and its extremely uncomfortable. I can't wait for the cold dark cave that will be my apartment. Its going to be so lovely!
Oh and my trip to New Orleans has taken a turn for the awesome! For two of the days my friend that I am visiting apparently has to be in Florida in some condo on the Gulf of Mexico and I get to go too! I love tropical warm places so I am beyond excited!
