Viva Las Vegas

Las Vegas was very very fun.

We decided to take it easy this year with the vacation. Usually it is me hauling Lyle and the girls cross country to certain destinations and getting tired and exhausted over the duration.

We went to Vegas, found a cheap package deal that got us a flight out of Idaho Falls, a week hotel stay and a rental car for around 700 dollars, not bad I don't think.

It was my first flight, the only thing I was worried about was why other people were worried about flying. There's nothing to worry about. It's kind of like a slow ride at an amusement park really. I loved seeing the land from so high. Saw a few lakes over by SLC to explore.

We were staying at the Stratosphere. Yeah I know. It was cheap, of course so were the ammenanities too, what they had. I had to pay for internet access.

We went to Hoover Dam, which was very cool. Parked in Arizona officially making my state count, 12. I know measely but I'm working on it.

It was hot down there yes, but I loved it. I'm always cold now with loosing all this weight.

The first couple of nights we walked up and down the strip. It was just overwhelming on all that is there. Biggest city I have really explored.

By the last two nights, we've discovered the bathhouse and well yeah.

We saw the Goddess Cher. I admit I cried like a little girl seeing her. lol. She's so fabulous!

The time went so fast. We never made it to the gay bars. We have to check them out next time. Maybe I can save up and go to the Blue Moon.
