Bender's back, baby!
With all the time I've been spending on LiveJournal lately - thanks to my obsession with Christoph Waltz and the presence of his fangirls on here - I might as well update. Since my last update (2007? OMG!), not a whole lot has changed. Still working at the same shitty job, though all my co-workers have since quit. When will it be my turn? Le sigh. Same boyfriend, same dogs - one with me, one with DJ - still living at home, and still have no idea what to do with my life.
On the brighter side, I've had a renewed desire to watch films in the past few months. They are my biggest passion and I missed them. Thank god for Netflix. And torrents. And now, RapidShare, for which I finally purchased an account. And theatres of course - this year has brought a lot of amazing movies. So far my favorites are (chronologically): Watchmen, Star Trek, Drag Me to Hell, Hurt Locker, Moon, In the Loop, Not Quite Hollywood, District 9, and Inglourious Basterds (duh).
Those subsequently brought me crushes on most of the casts of Watchmen (esp. Matthew Goode) and Star Trek (esp. Karl Urban OMG), Sharlto Copley, and of course...Mr. Waltz. He single-handedly wiped out my Robert Downey Jr. obsession since last year. Kudos, Hans Landa. I hope to get some Waltz goodies up here as I discover them. I'll begin with these pics I found today, from a film called "Mann sucht Frau" which I haven't found yet (except for a clip with him), but really wanna see it!

I'm off work today and this weekend, woot! My plans for a haircut didn't work out, since my favorite salon evidently shut down. Tomorrow I hang out w/ the guys all day, and Sunday I'll be hitting D.C. to see "Big Fan" which looks amazing. Did I mention I love movies? Gah!
