GULFSTREAM 450 SIMULATOR
I should apologize to be so late after my last entry.
There is alsready more than one week than I moved from this FTD (Flight Training Device) to the simulator...
One week ago I started the simulator training, that is the most realistic part of the training and also a very busy staff one...
This is the box. We are locked inside for 4 hours each day. One copilot and one instructor with me.
In this box they built a cockpit with large screen to simulate the plane.
When in motion the box is moved by jacks which give us the feeling of flying.
During this training we are learning how to fly the plane and how to deal with the emergency situations and failures we can have with the true plane.
This is what it looks like by night time setting.
HUD (Head Up Display) sets on the lefthand one.
Day time one and when the machine is off...
Next step is the check ride (final exam), tomorrow...
