Me and recipes don't go together, so that's why I didn't say anything at first.
But let's see. Here's what I used to do:
Skillet sensations. I don't like veggies much either, but those I ate. It helped that it comes with chicken or beef or turkey, depending on what you get. I liked that it only took scissors, a large skillet (w/lid), and 8-10 minutes to make. I made them a few times at the blackhole, and you ate them too. :) Do you remember?
Pasta. Lots of angel hair. But also Pasta Sides, Rice Sides, and Asian sides. They take longer than the above (10-15 minutes) and then it's only a "side dish" but I always ate it as a meal.
Is martin willing to experiment with veggies he'll eat? I used to hate veggies, but I've expanded since. I'll eat roasted peppers and onions now. My favorite veggies are sauteed or stir-fried asparagus. My mom hates asparagus so she never made it when I was growing up, but Sonja and I love it. And it's a relatively quick make if it's fresh. I'll eat any of the following veggies if they're sauteed/stir-fried (maybe Martin will have similar likes?): bean sprouts, snow peas, asparagus, carrots, and string beans.
