Impulsiveness!
It was a good weekend. =) I left work early Friday and drove up to Troy to watch some hockey. =D Both games were exciting and fun to watch...and we won both! Had a good time watching the games with Age and Sarah. Went to the Troy Pub after Friday night's game with a bunch of people. It was good to see Becky and Karen again. I hadn't seen Becky since she the end of fall semester 2004- she went on co-op in the spring. Age and I talked until 3AM that night. 0=) Saturday was a bit slow, which was nice. Went to dinner with Sarah at the Notty Pine before Saturday night's game. Drove home right after Saturday night's game. Went to church at CEMC on Sunday. Stayed late and waited for dad's board meeting to finish. Came home...tried to get all my pictures off my camera. I took quite a few. I took a bunch Friday night when they were shaving heads b/c Brad Farynuk was getting his head shaved and Pat was there and I told her I'd try to get them online for her if they came out decent. Well, I don't know what it was, but man it was frustrating. EVERY picture I took of him getting his head shaved came out black. Completely black. ARGH. I put them in Photoshop to see what I could do with them, but all I could really get was outlines of people. ARGH. I don't know if I can restore them, either. Sigh. I had some pretty decent shots, too. ::shakes head:: The shots I have from the games came out pretty well, as did the shots I took when players were getting their heads shaved Saturday night. I don't know what happened with those shots. The shots I took just before and just after are fine...ARGH. Maybe it's a good thing I'm getting a new camera. Anyway.
Took the day off from work. That was an impulsive decision, too. I wasn't feeling too great this morning. And I really just didn't want to go to work. So I called in and didn't go. =) Did a bunch of things I meant to do this past weekend today. And my puzzle came in today! =D I've been itching to do a puzzle, and we don't have any here. I wanted to get one of the Buried Blueprints, since we did one at the Black Hole in the spring. I was looking for the Noah's Ark one, but couldn't find it online. Ended up getting Moses and the Ten Commandments. I'm going to start putting it together tonight. We'll see how long this will take me. 0=)
I haven't slept well in weeks. ARGH. It's finally starting to get to me- I've been pretty tired the past few days. I'd appreciate your prayers for me getting a few good nights of sleep. I'm not having nightmares anymore, thankfully. That stopped a while ago. I just don't feel rested anymore. The sleep isn't restful. I don't really know why, either. I'm feeling pretty worn down.
I'm debating making this journal a little more public. I haven't been writing a lot of stuff with substance lately. ::shrug:: We'll see how things go.
