And tips on dieting (and managing to feel full and non anaemic :p) for Vegetarians!

LW: 130 (I was anaemic and my liver was shutting down, so looks like thats not a healthy weight for me.)

I've been veggie for just over 3 years now, so I know how to eat healthily as a veggie. When I first went veg I lost a whole load of weight, but once my body got used to it I guess it learned how to store the other carbs and fats because your body begins to go into starvation mode when a part of the diet is taken out (apparently.)
I'm active. I go to the gym (machines + freeweights), bike or walk everywhere and most importantly I dance at least 3 hours a day (and have danced since I was 3.)
Also, I'll be working full time, outside, at a really busy Whirlpool Jet Boat Tour place this summer, so that should really kick me into shape during the dance offseason.
So basically I've always been active. Always ate healthily, but ALWAYS been not chubby, but big built.
I've got the 'fat gene' and theres nothing I can do about it!
So I'm on my way to getting back down to the 140's/130's. It shouldn't be too hard, but motivation and inspiration would be so greatly appreciated!
