HI everyone! i know i havent posted in forever..
but i need some suggestions & or help.
i wanted to know...
1) what are some good exercise methods for getting rid of the fat on your inner thighs? as well as the inner/under arm area?
2) anything that can help make the appearance of stretch marks less visible? i heard rubbing pure vitamin E does help? anyone know if its true? if so where do you get the little gelcaps of it? any other suggestions?
3) good exercise methods for getting rid of stomach fat.. sit ups help somewhat but then it just seems to come back.

-ive been going to the gym alot lately.. like for the past month or so, i see results its just, i want quicker ones? hah i know im asking for too much. i also eat well &if it matters, i have been going to the gym for the past year. not everyday, but as much as possible. so its not like i just woke up yesterday &expect an entirely different make over.
