I took my measurements;
thirty-eight
twenty-eight
thirty-eight

I would like to get the waist and hips down a bit...maybe 2-4 inches, but not lose a lot of the bust. Is that possible?

I have also started working with a ball.
Any excesises to tone up the back of the arms? ( triceps and lats.)

And just in general- back muscles on the ball.
