I spoke to the people in charge of the Olympic Village today. Turns out that's where I'll be (unless those in charge of Military Security ask me to work for them). Pay's good (~$19.70p/h, $21p/h on weekends, $30p/h for public holidays), shifts are awesome (4 days on, 4 days off, 12 hour shifts), I just need my licence to go through quickly.
