glad you managed to get what you want! I was looking at Heatherette Trio too! but i decided that i want Red She Said more. =)) It's a very good buy though! I'm secretly regreting that i did not get it in the end.
Brushes are a totally must buy, since they are still sold in stores! like a 223 for 15bucks! it's a total kill!
There's cult of cherry stuff? i didnt take note of that! But i suppose these pass collections are no longer a hit in the stores seeing the newer collections are much more attractive, so might s well sell it off! There's at least 4 new collections in the stores now and Cult of Cherry isn't that impressive to me personally.
Some of the e/s are actually no longer sold and even if it's perm, it's only 12 bucks compared to the 26 out there!
I have to agree on the sets though. The last Sale has better sets on sale. The current one totally pales in comparison, especially with the 2008 Holiday collection sets coming out soon!
Did you go crazy over Cremesheen? i'm not a l/s fan but i LOVE that collection, so i suppose you have gotten afew yourself? I'm so glad it's a permanent collection...
Cult of Cherry I remember seeing lipsticks - Lightly Ripe and Creme Cerise, also Cherry Blossom l/g (which was weirdly enough near the foundation side). Same, CoC wasn't impressive IMO. I figured i don't really wear e/s that much, 2 palettes is quite a lot already since I have another 18 MAC singles (I need a new 15 pan palette SO BADLY).
Ooh i've only seen Cremesheen once, when I went to get my Ungaro :) I haven't gotten anything from Cremesheen yet though I'm def eyeing a few shades. I'm a huge pink lipstick fan :P I figured I'll just wait and B2M for a couple of the l/s later on since it's permanent (B2Med for Pure Rose l/s that day).
Honestly it's sales like this that sometimes make me wonder why i buy MAC full price :/ It's damn funny to hear comments from ppl in the queue though... the vast majority of people think MAC is super ex and think drugstore brands are comparable... NO WAY
Oooooo. I got bored once i saw almost every single price boards are filled with the Sold Out sticker, and did not notice the names at all... But i'm sure my wallet appreciates it. =) I get what you mean about e/s. I'm actually one wearing them because i got too many. I got about 75 MAC e/s colors and that's not counting the non MAC e/s that i have.
Ngee Ann Mac has lot of 15 pan palette in stock... i just got another last week for my pressed pigment and i saw a drawer full of it.

B2M, that's what my friend's going do too, but i can't bring myself to depot my e/s singles and buy so many palettes to keep them! You must be looking at Speed Dial then, it's a pretty pink!
comparable? Haha i know, i heard those comments in the last sale too. But i heard one that was even worse today. She said she heard from her friend that "MAC isn't a good brand at all". They must live under a ROCK.
SERIOUSLY? Do you know how much the 15 pans cost? I was just planning to get one CPed but if I can get them here that's way better.
I'm a lip freak... i've got around 40 lipsticks now. The actual number that i've owned is probably at least 60 but i weed stuff out that's too similar or that doesn't look that great on me.
I hate the Ungaro promo pic but I actually like the colours.. i'm not into brights or anything really loud haha.
Some of my friends think MAC isn't that great cause they've moved on to Chanel/Dior/Givenchy. I'm glad my best friend is a MAC/BB/Dior type girl too, lol! It's really hard for me to comprehend all these cheap-cosmetics-are-the-same type talk.
HAha MAC Pro 15 small e/s pans cos $25 each and is only sold at Ngee Ann City MAC. =))

Colors as in the l/s? yeahh l/s are the only possible buys in Ungaro, but the e/s sucksssss. Pretty colors and NOTHING can make transfer the colors to your eyelids.
Chanel to me is actually abit too dull and too mature looking for me, i'm a MAC girl through and through with a bit of BB/Dior and mineral makeups (simply naturals mostly) and whatever my girl friends say is good, and my best friends are MAC girls too, mostly, so we have fun trading pigments and comments on MAC. =))
I can actually understand abit of the "cheap-cosmetics-are-the-same talk as i used to be one of them... until i discovered the joys of BB and MAC.
