I love it when seemingly meaningless thoughts flash back into new and profound light.
Way back when I was allowed to enter the doors of ON semiconductor, our supervisor at the time loaded us up with lots of wirthless crap. Amongste the towels, magnets, glass globes, pens, paperweights, folders, tablets, and other assorted space fillers (land fillers) was a "CD wrappaing opener". When my Irish goofy boss told me that, I felt he was pulling our legs.
A year and a half later, I get the joke, along with something much more useful: an envelope opener. Boy have I needed one too! I think that everytime I open an envelope, that this would be so much easier if... And now it is, and now, my life is complete.
