k, so its been almost a yearish i think since ive been here ... not very cool i realise this, but alas i am back ... if you will have me??
and even if you wont have me back ... tough im gonna write anyway, so nah nah
so ya, whats all been new in the past yearish you may say. Well... i spent the entire year at college for a course that i was interested in til about second semester ... then it got boring but i didnt wanna say to hell with it cuz i already dropped so much money in it. It eventually came to the point where i wanted to just pass the courses, i could care less if it ended up being just a minor D or C ... as long as i could finally finish.
While going to the college i was working at buck or two in the lambton mall ... now let me tell you, thats a job and a half, the work sucks, the bosses sucked, the hours were few and far between and the pay wasnt great ... but i stayed for a year and a month. but ill come back to that later on in my story.
hmm lets see ... christmas was good ... 19th birthday was a blast ... drunkenish blast actually .... but another day i will go more in depth on that issue
met some people, met some girls, dated some girls ... broke up ... blah blah blah, you know how that shit always goes. but now a proud member of the singles club. yay!
hmmm .... this is like trying to write one of those 'year in review' things ... except i didnt make notes throughout the year to reference ... dammit ... must remember to update more often so i have less to cover
oh ya, how could i forget, all the concerts. Bayfest and warped tour ... saw lots of bands playing: Alterbridge, No Address, Staind, 3 Doors Down, Amanda Stott, Kalan Porter, High Holy Days, David Lee Roth, Billy Talent, Jody Raffouli, Kid Rock, Relient K, Fall Out Boy, Avaneged Sevenfold, My Chemical Romance, Bedouin Soundclash, Reggie And The Full Effect .... just to name a few, lol
Now back to the work story ... after a long and grueling work/school ritual thing i had going i began to notice my bank account declining faster and faster, and mainly because gas being 1.26 a litre and my work only giving me 4 hours a night at minimum ... not a good combonation. So i began to look for another job, fortunately for me i found just the thing, another part time job at the record store in the mall ... so that would be cool i thought to myself. i would just work mall opening to mall close between two stores ... so i was excited to share the news with the parental units ... but instead my dad informed me that he had spoken earlier to my past employer and the old boss said that i was welcome to return to work as a supervisor ... so i weighed out the details ... tim hortons i return, the job aint that great but ... more per hour, more hours per week, and no driving = lots of money saved on gas and other things. So i went with it ... two weeks after telling my boss goodbye, then wisdom teeth came out, now im back working the midnight shift at tim hortons in petrolia, if yur bored and in the area ... come find me, yay
