Well i am on day 4 on my get back into shape plan....when i got out of the Marines i was in tip top shape so ive been on this plan...
the Plan is... i drink alot of tea and slim fast for lunch and breakfest and i have a medium dinner...then i run 3 miles 3 times a week and everyday i do 300 situps, 100 leglifts and 150 puhups with 2 sets and 10 pull ups with 2 sets...im beganing to look really swell....i am 205 now
