summer is halfway over. im into it kinda.
i went to NY and 5 of the friends i went to see were out of town. funny. when two of them came to philly i was in rva. the tables turn and turn again.
stayed up til almost 6am wed night. riding skateboards down the street as the suns coming up drinking a tall boy. then goin to sleep.
spent all day thursday shredding and chilling. record listening, sleep then lunch with dan mccool.
i went home to de from ny to get a new skateboard cause i gave mine away.
the weather is very nice. not too hot. sparks old memories of being on the west coast living in that red van. i like watching the sun go down, and being outside.
the future: band practice. hanging out. fixing my cross-fader, then making mix tapes. antlers shows, then best friends day. swimming. seeing the people i love.
i look forward to a day that consists of biscuit gray breakfast, massive hangout, lots of pictures, climbing the tree at maymont, walking in the garden, tlt's followed by bike riding, then being submerged in water close to the fall of darkness, a late night bike ride that ends with a roof top party. getting irie and setting off bottle rockets to passing out in a comfortable bed with some girls long brown hair all in my face. then i could not wake up and id be hyped.
im trying to get you on my level. love isnt a verb, its a place, a state of being. if the above were to happen it would get me to that place. i just havent figured out how i can stay there.
