Things are looking tricky
I was feeling very unsatisfied at my current job over the past 8 months. Mostly it was a feeling that I wasn't sure where I was going career-wise so I started applying for other jobs to see what was out there. One of those jobs was with a school in my home town. It just so happened (maybe on purpose) that someone tipped my boss off that I had applied for that job. As a result I had a meeting about it last Wednesday with him.
Anyway, it was probably for the best as it gave me a chance to honestly air my opinions and I am now looking forward to life starting my own school in the near future. I've got a pretty good idea of how to do it now and also know that it is no easy task. However the challenge is going to be the most exciting work thing I've done for a long time.
