Sorry about the long wait, folks. Golden week is finally over, and I'm feeling up to typing a bit, so here I am.
風邪を引きました。。。 Ｔ＿Ｔ I caught a cold, and it's been very persistent in making me feel mizerable. Golden Week was really boring, at least for me, because I stayed in an slept and/or watched videos on youtube because I was really not up for moving at all. I got all dizzy and sick to my stomach when I tried to.
I'm feeling much better, however, so that is a good thing. :D
So, I just checked my old roommates Facebook. She joined the "I survived a roommate from Hell" group. HA. HAHAHHAA. Fuck you, bitch.
Anyway, I haven't been up to really typing anything out cause of the cold or just general laziness. SO, I shall update you all on what's been happening.
My midterm went better than I thought it was going to, and I got a 90. I'm a bit disappointed I didn't get higher, but I can't really complain about an A, now can I? I still got the highest grade so I set the curve (out of 3 other people XD) so that's pretty exciting. I've never set a curve for a class before.
In Japanese, we're just finishing up chapter 7. We have a quiz tomorrow on it, but I'm feeling pretty confident. I'm going to study because there's a lot of verbs that I can never recall, though. But, we're conjugating verbs and learning informal speech. It's great because I'm tired of speaking soooo politely to the kids here. XD But, I really like the way verbs are conjugated. It's quite interesting. -ru and -u verbs. Yay. I'm getting more and more excited about this language. I want to become fluent. Better watch out Kalani and Kristen! I will catch up to you! >P
Golden Week passed in relative quietness. Most of the folks were gone to Tokyo or were just chillin around here, because going out too far was going to be hectic. I stayed in bed, which I kinda regret, but not too much. I really wasn't feeling good at all. I'm considering going for a bike ride today. :D Maybe go get some bread from the bakery. They have this really awesome French bakery here that has like the uber-best bread ever. Man, is it ever tasty.
I still don't have a camera, and I regret it. :( Who feels like sending me theirs? *sighsigh* Sometimes, it sucks being poor.
Anyway, I think that's about it today. I'm going to try and update more often now. さよなら！ (sayonara)
