MAY: So I have heard back from two of the three grad school I applied to and have gotten into both!!
JUNE: Terrorism: the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, esp. for political purposes.
JULY: although a small part of me disagrees, the majority of me agrees that it would be wonderful to fly backwards in time, or jump to another place, where having my period means i get to hang out on a mossy rock for a while and swim in cleansing streams.
AUG: Last night I went to my first Phish show.
SEPT: Car Mechanic: And your phone number?
OCT: phrases that annoy me:
NOV: know what sucks? Hearing you dad cry.
DEC: As he said, "I'll make time for you...I'll always make time for you," I realized I had never heard those words from a boyfriend before.
2009: My grandfather died, I got into all the grad schools I applied, I got tweleve periods and for some reason had to write about two of them, Dr. Tiller was murdered in my mom's hometown (where all my relatives live,)I moved to NYC and was homesick for months, my childhood puppy died, and my relationship with Erick was more solid than ever.
