(no subject)
I have been MIA, I have been in NY visiting with the fam, it was quite a tough decision for me to come back especially given the way things have been going with my relationship with my mother. That said I am here, and things have been running smoothly, I am still not immune to her harsh criticism but I have been trying to be a bit more independent and live my life.
Today was a pretty phenomenal day, James took a bunch of us out to the middle of the lake and then we swam into shore 3/4 mile. I got back to shore and Mary and I played in the water, I will have that girl loving the water as much as I do. (I am hoping her dad will get her lessons)
We then had pizza and salad (yum)
followed by a long hike with my mother.
My Aunt Andrea came and we all went to dinner at this really nice place on the other lake.
