Update from School
Ok, so I promised an update in reflection of my first week back to school. It was indeed a good week. I was hoping to come in to this school year sort of like i had never been there. This would be a time to give people a new version of me. And it went pretty well.
Fist off the classes:
Voice with Keith Flippen (that class is cool and Flippen is hysterical)
Meisner also with him (Expecting to grow as an actor from this and better my improv)
Stage Combat Choreography (Um, sweet class and i am going to be certified after it)
Pilate's (had extra time to fill and it's a good workout)
ODU TV (will be working in atual TV studios which is awesome)
Ball Room dance (3-1 girl guy ratio and I am learning to dance = awesome)
Ok, other than those classes more updates. I met a lot of new people. There was one girl that kept randomly dancing with me during the ballroom dance class and she seems pretty cool. I was also hand picked to try some competition dancing. I really want to do that. I established myself as knowledgeable in stage combat and will have some of the best choreography this year. I also proved myself as an actor that can do something outside of children's theater. I have stepped it up in the area of being able to chat with people. I feel much more part of the group rather than the outsider that i used to be.
This year is looking up and i have no doubt that every aspect of my life is getting better.
