TAIWAN - 23 March 2010 (Part 1)

This will be a quick post, cuz we didn't take much photos at Leofoo Theme Park.
Where we went: LEOFOO THEME PARK
HOW TO GET TO LEOFOO THEME PARK FROM TAIPEI; (we enquired from our hotel receptionist)
1. Take MRT to Zhongxiao Dunhua (if memory did not fail me)
2. You have to get out from some exit; ask the MRT Control Station person
3. Wait for the bus to Leofoo theme park (which bus? Look at the board; if u can't find the bus station, it's always great to ask passerbys)
Cost: NT926 (for youth visitors on youth passes; yeah we took the youth passes at taoyuan airport) - the price is two way.
You board the bus without paying but they will stop at several places before stopping at this Leofoo ticket counter. Xiao Ren Guo is also otw to Leofoo, so you can actually go to both places but I think won't have time.
We woke up quite early?? I think so, I think about 7 bah, everyone was awake. Anw, before we left our hotel room, we went to soak our heat packs in the basin with hot water =.="' cuz we used it the night before.
How happy ;)
Random bus. Very very bored while waiting for the bus. The hotel receptionist didn't give us updated time. He told us some time la, then the bus didn't come until 40minutes later or something =.="' I think I still have the piece of paper he give us sia.

A random bus by SQ. Anyway, as you can see, the bus is on the right hand side, so it's rather awkward for us cuz we're so used to sg's left side.

It's quite deserted actually.
I swear, this carousel is the lamest ride seriously. But it was half of my idea. (Photo by SQ)
This was the second ride we took, it's very shiok neh!! Debra was so scared HAHA. It's a tiny roller coaster.
Cuz we were in this Safari themed place of the theme park, so we saw quite a number of animals;
Parrots, but never hear it say anything leh.
CAMAL. HAHA, you can actually ride it, but need to pay money one la.
Then we walked to this Arabian Themed place. Quite fancy.
Turkish ice cream!! Damnit, we should have bought that. But before we went to the arabian themed place, deb, sq and I bought ice cream to eat liao. =.="'
This is one scary ride, didn't went on it of course!! It was featured on a taiwanese variety show before, damn scary nia.
THIRD RIDE. Then we went in and took this sorta ghostly ride. It was really PITCH BLACK in the tunnel. Really cannot see anything, even your hands. It's the first time I experienced pitch black-ness.
After that, we went on some mini viking ship =.="' Seriously, Min Wei and Debra ain't sporty at all. I had to convince them that the ride wasn't even scary. Shi Qi was abit scared but she was still damn on!

Next, we took another lame ride again =.="' FIFTH RIDE LIAO.

We wanted to go to the Dynamic Motion theatre 3D, in the end, we went into some performance place and we were like DIAO =.="' The performance really =.="' ; anyway their mascots copy mickey and minnie, called happy and honey; monkey version.
SIXTH RIDE; another lame ride, but then this one quite funny, you can shift the machine bird up and down. HAHA. Debra was super funny, she was always on top and she never come down one =.="' (Photo of me by D!!)
Rest awhile, walk walk, go toilet etc, then we shared a drink. (By D)
SEVENTH RIDE; We took this pirate ship ride after that. omg, abit scary sia. Somemore we were in the middle. SQ was like, "Like nothing one leh!" I thought she will be quite scared, but no. Debra was the one screaming her head off.
EIGHTH RIDE; for SQ and I, cuz the rest too scared to take cuz this one got abit of 360 degrees, and I seriously felt like I was going to drop (by D)
NINTH RIDE; Then we took this roller coaster thing similar to the first roller coaster ride, but definitely faster and larger.
The carriage; anw there were so many taiwanese primary school kids queueing up =.= I didn't think we were that rowdy when we were that age.
TENTH RIDE; After that, SQ suggested we take this water ride, it's called Grand Canyon I think and since we're going to be wet, we put all our stuff in a locker. So there's no pictures. I'm just gonna describe it.
1. We went to queue up, queue is abit long but nevertheless, it's fast.
2. The two taiwanese primary sch kids (Po-An really wasn't kidding about primary sch kids visiting Leofoo) talked to us. Guess what they said?
3. 'First time ah?' We were like duh. Then they say we will get really wet and advise us to take off clothes?? WTF? Lol. We were all laughing like siao.
4. Anw we saw those people who came back from the ride looking really WET.
5. Finally our turn, then we went into the bumper boat thing and the current rode us along.
6. We saw the 2 kids very close behind us and Debra was like, they are going to crash into us!!
7. In the end, we tried to make the bumper go faster. But fail la, cuz 4 person de weigh cfm more than 2 little kids.
8. So they laughed when their bumper rammed into us. And the sprayer on the sides didn't help, we were like half wet.
9. Not to mention the mini waterfall the bumper had to go through, the only way to minimise it is to cover urself up. Anw I was really wet ttm.
10. Somehow, somewhere, the 2 kids overtook us, like I said, they're light that's why the current can carry them faster.
11. Then we passed by this camera (for taking pictures) and Debra said she saw one of the kids pointing middle finger. HAHA.
__Ride ended, super fun! But totally wet. Debra seemed to look the dryest.__
So, we went to take our stuff and attempted to dry ourself by sitting on a bench with sun facing us.

We went to toilet to use the hair dryer =.= still need money one leh. It's like NT20 or NT10 (I can't rmb)but can use for about 5 minutes like that. My jeans took super long to dry urgh. Debra's clothes dried the fastest cuz she wore her sweat pants =.= SQ and MW used the hair dryer for damn long HAHA.
Looks quaint.
Then we went to eat lunch. It was pathetic, fried chicken again plus coke again. it's like the 3rd one we were eating for the trip alr? It's damn long since we had a proper meal, not counting the beef noodles the day before. We always didn't eat proper meal. So we strived to eat proper meals from that day onwards. I felt like puking that time so I didn't finish both the coke and chicken.
We were sitting at the fountain area and there was this fountain show or smt, with the water splashing, don't know how to describe it though.

Bought some souvenirs there and then we boarded the coach back to taipei!
Will continue next time, this must be one of the longest posts.
