Heyo what's up!
Heyo what's up! I didn't really intend to post anything today but suddenly got this feeling and so here I am!
So practically, I'm done with my recommendations job at B, no, actually Abigail and I kind of quit on it but we're going back to B on tuesday for training... on other stuff la. Ask me and I will tell you but I think it's not really okay to write what I'm doing currently. But I have my reasons for quitting cuz I really need to work on my SAT (which I took this morning) and my FTT (uh, in 2 weeks' time..)
So how was SAT? haha, not awesome but still pretty okay as compared to the practices I've done. I think I'm gonna die for my essay haha. Debra told me in the morning that she saw a hongjie lookalike. Then she pointed to me when we were at the ac swimming pool there. She pointed and said, "that's the hongjie lookalike.." Apparently the Hong Jie lookalike kind of sensed her finger or her voice or something, then he called out to me and you can seriously imagine how shocked debra was! Haha.
Anyway before we saw hong jie, we did something really dumb. Min Wei, Debra and I were wondering why people are queueing up. So we went to queue up too. I called Roi to ask him where he was. He came with his friend, and his friend's friend was queueing up too. So we asked Roi to ask the friend to ask her friend what he's queueing up for. But anyway, we queued up wrongly. And debra was really confused cuz the board says we're supposed to go to level 1, but well, it's ACJC! They even have half storeys according to Bao Hui so maybe.. badminton hall just meant something else =.= Roi brought us up to the badminton hall there (swimming pool's there too) and that's how we saw hongjie.
And we asked why he was there! And then we all started queueing up to register, right queue this time round ok! THANK YOU ROI FOR HELPING US TO ASK AROUND, YOU ROCK BUDDY, YOU DO. ALL THE BEST FOR CAMPAIGN K. It's quite funny cuz we just 'cut' the queue, no la, we just happened to be standing there. woots. Min Wei damn heng, her seat number just nice for the queue (001-120) LOL Hers was 120.
Oh yea, I thought Hong Jie brought milo, turned out to be protein shake lol. We asked him quite some stuff about what we need to do etc. Haha. And we saw this guy who really brought only two pencils and we were all laughing at that guy cuz 2 pencils actually is not enough, like seriously. And the guy sitting infront of me eh, I thought he was Sebastian, but actually not, cuz the guy looks skinnier. And that means Sebastian is really fat. Ok, not that kind of fat, but just not skinny.
The test ended at 1pm cuz it started really late, at 8.30 =.=
After that we went to the toilet and then to 313 Somerset. Oh, saw alot of jc kinds kena stucked at the bouna vista tap card barrier, cuz our ez link card yesterday jiu expired le. So yeah, brisk business for bouna vista mrt station, cuz quite a number either bought standard tickets or the adult ez link card, like debra and min wei.
haha, Abigail was the latest. And shiqi best, she bought 4 CDs while from her home to 313 =.= We walked for quite a while before deciding to eat at the pasta place... er I can't really rmb what place is it. The food I ordered wasn't very nice cuz I felt quite sick of it after a while. But I love the spaghetti. Can't wait for 5 years later when we all go to the world expo at italy woots. SPAGHETTI, PIZZA, HERE I COME! And we all walked around 313 after that... stopped at coffee bean to discuss plans for the following week. Oh yea! We're gonna meet up twice! Wow. Nice chat with debra and abigail otw home on train!
I've been having alot of things on my mind lately, and it's weighing so heavily that I hope the burden can go away soon :( I've having FTE tomorrow, gotta study later or tmr morning and pray I pass. And.. hai, can't spend bdae overseas already, cuz the trip have to be postpone till about 3weeks later. BOO. But I won't give up on seeing Haibao! And maybe I can get the Asian games mascot. AWESOME, EXPO+ASIAN GAMES MASCOTS. 3weeks later just means I can book my TP date earlier! So must spam the booking dates now and chionggggggg.
(DIAO. my cousin just liked my fb status. =.="' and I hope she doesn't sees this! )
On a more serious tone,
this year, I've seen alot. I can say that I'm very much more observant than I was 4months back. The working experience at GL, at B, and learning driving, going Taiwan, going back to M'sia.. I saw so much more of life. Like.. now whenever I go inside a retail shop, my mind switched to the critical services mode and am subconsiously scanning for flaws in services even though I've no need to. Well, it seemed that life have become more interesting for me, in a way. Driving made me see the importance of safety on road and appreciating it. Now I feel that my dad is driving so much faster and that seemed really scary for me cuz when I'm hitting 70 on normal long stretch of roads, I feel scared but at the same time, exhilarated. There's a rush. Working has given me of course, another look at how working life is like, and a small part of it on human nature. Going overseas with friends taught me to be more independent, to make choices more wisely and not to mention, taking in the wonderful sights nature have to offer. I've become a smarter traveller!! I've grown an inch of wisdom and I realised that I don't talk back to my parents that much anymore. Patience and tolerance, I think I'm begining to get the hang out it. And hanging out with the 4 crazy people so frequently have once again taught me the importance of saving up! AND THUS I HAVE TO SAY, SEE ALL OF YOU AT ITALY; 5 YEARS IT SHALL BE. But before that, can we hit Vegas and Beverly Hills first? Haha.
