Charlie~~~ Brown...
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Finally met up with manda chel and ali on Friday afternoon!!! haha one of the rare times we met in the afternoon and spent more than just 3 hours together. whoopeee!
anyway earlier in the day, train services were such a disappointment. trained down from woodlands to somerset so I could go faceshop to get something, then wanted to walk outside to wisma to meet manda, but alas, raining, so I went down to take a train. omg I'm such a dodo, I took the train towards dhoby that side -.- awesome right. somemore I waited for the train for like 6mins!! Gosh, nvm so I stopped at dhoby to take to orchard, saw the train coming but couldn't get on. so had to wait for 6mins, but still couldn't get on -.- urgh. the trains were so packed and the frequeucy was shit. urgh, nvm.
So met up with manda at the control station and walked to wisma to buy this bbtea called shared tea. haha, acty any brand de bbtea like same to me leh. and nowadays got so many different brands I only drink gongcha and koi. tried eskimo once only. then back to ion to wait for alicia! so after ali came we went down to artbox to get some gifts for xmas! then chel came and was going all about her new s2 phone. lol.
walked a few rounds before deciding to have dinner at shu teppan! we had that once at the raffles city sc outlet just about a few months back?

chel and I decided to be cheapo and ordered the cheapest item on the menu, chicken fried rice. lol. not too bad, acty we can't even finish.

after dinner it was still early so we headed to shaw house, to see got what movies that we can watch. we had dinner at 4plus! LOL. anyway end up no movie we can watch cz the timings all cmi. and on our way from ion, we walked the underpass to tangs, the sides of the underpass were leaking and from tangs to shaw house, can't even walk! It was flooding. gosh, we had to walk up to tangs and to far east plaza to cross the overhead bridge -.-
we found seats near the cinema so we just sat there and talk talk..plus play around with s2's front camera which chel was raving so much about.

the photos turned out quite vintage! haha. then we went to the starbucks at pacific plaza cz chel wanted her green tea mocha.

since we had dinner early, we decided to walk to somewhere to have our early supper. lol. so I suggested charlie brown cafe over at 313 somerset, a place I always passed by but never had the chance to eat there. so we walked to wheelock via underpass (thank goodness it wasn't flooding) and then walked up from ion. gosh so many people!! plus with the people singing christmas songs etc.. anyway, finally reached charlie brown after a 13min walk! woohoooo!!

ordered a sally brown apple pancakes!
and a snoopy chocolate waffles!
the pancakes and waffles were really good. I guess the only bad thing is that it's outdoor and thus there were only fans. but overall, it was good! the food was reasonably priced too! Will go back there again to try the main course!
after which we parted ways! great day with them, we spent 3pm-9pm together! must be one of our longest meet up ever!
