Nothing but a bowl of cereal this morning. It wasn't bad cereal either. More Smart Start, but not the Healthy Heart. It's the Antioxidents, which actually tastes pretty much the same but has fewer calories and is crunchier. So it works for me. My goal is not to eat until dinner, and then to eat very very moderately. I know that 115 in a month is slightly ridiculous, but I'd really like to at least get back to where I was in March.
