Today we are off to Sudbury to visit my aunt
Christmas has thus far been pretty poor for me. First my mood is just not very good and I generally feel like shite. There's just nothing like being treated like shite by someone that you thought cared about you to get you down. *sigh*
Then on Christmas day, there was actually nothing under the tree for me to open! It's not that I didn't get any gifts....just that things worked out kinda strangely. First, my main gift was a feather bed, which my mom and dad brought to me at school rather than having me take it home because at that point it was thought I might take the bus home. I still might, so it was a good idea. Then the next gift wasn't available at home and mom hadn't had a chance to pick it up in Sudbury. And then (due to the bus thing) my mom had also brought me some nice glasses to open back at school. However, it turned out that all the glasses had flaws or cracks in them and we had to return them anyway
Sure I was bummed that I didn't have any gifts to open....but my mom was much more upset about it than I was.
So considering my generally depressed state, my lack of gifts to open Christmas morning and the absence of my older brother, it wasn't the best Christmas ever. LOL But it wasn't bad. It was low-key that's all. And I can't wait to get back to my bed. :D
....I hate this advert with people on the street saying "chocloholic" rather than "chocoholic". It bothers me
Don't know what the plan is for New Year's Eve. I'm hoping that my friends Nat & Warren might be in town that night because I sure could use the time spent with them. I also need to talk to my friend Trish. Actually, there are a few friends I need to talk to, which reminds me that I have some damn good friends. You guys rock
Well, I hear stirring in the house, so I think I'll get going now.
Merry Christmas again to you all.
