1. Orders given priority
2. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please delete your post and post a new one
3. No changes to order after order has been confirmed and paid
4. Please use your LJ nick when doing IB transfer.
5. I will not be held responsible for loss or damage to product due to shipping
6. I reserve the right to reject orders at my sole discretion

2. Payment
Fund Transfer to POSB Savings 014-14853-1. Internet Banking & ATM transfers accepted.
Please use your LJ nick when transferring. Refunds will be done if product OOS.
Please only transfer $ after i have confirmed your order.

3. Distribution of items
Distribution of items will only be via Normal/Registered Mail. Items will be bubble wrapped and
mailed in a bubbled Envelops. No meet up pls.

4. Shipping details
FREE Normal Shipping only within Singapore. Extras will be charged for Registered Mail.

5. Product Information
All items are handmade by me. All rights reserved. I will try my best to provide the correct
material names. Most crystals are swaroski crystal except for special colors or design that
comes from other sources. Same with Pearls.

6. Item customisation
I will remake items only if i can find the materials. Some special materials cannot be replicated.
I will only remake each item not more then 10 times. Remakes normally takes 1-2 weeks.

7. Remake of famous designs/ magazine designs/ other website design
I can make designs that you supply. Just show me a picture of the piece of item that you wanted and i will quote you a price. However please note, these remakes can't be 100% the same as i can only find materials that supplier sells. I do not manufacture materials on my own. ( I do this alot)
