Depends on the mordant and pots used. Copper pots make a brighter color, iron makes a muddier color. Time left in the dye bath also matters.

This is mostly Scottish/Irish centric, but as long as the plants can be located in the region you're studying, the chart should work.
I should have remembered that you overdye weld (yellow) with wold (blue) and you get green. Add sheepdip and you get a darker green.
