Unless you're oblivious, I'm sure you've noticed this. But for those of you who are oblivious - I have an announcement.
Gin and I are seeing each other. Like we used to.
But I need everyone - mainly those of you in Soul Society - to understand that this changes nothing.
I am still a Vice-Captain of the Gotei 13. My loyalties lie with Soul Society and this will never, ever change. Not even for Gin.
All I can ask is that you accept it. You don't have to like it, I hardly expect any of you to like it, really, but you need to understand that I will not back down on my decision.
You can yell at me, tell me I'm risking everything, flirting with danger - I know this. But I refuse to be miserable for a second longer. I'll enjoy what I can get while I can get it.
I don't expect anyone to understand, I just ask that you accept my decision for what it is and move on.
