So, I want to believe that I totally owned that Microbio lab final. I just can't recall if I remembered the various gram +/- bacteria correctly. I'm confident I blew the media types section out of the water, though.
By the way, I found out the other day that my blood is O+. It only took five donations for the Red Cross to actually type it. There's nothing all that special about this type, other than I'm essentially the universal recipient (ie. I can receive any blood type). At my last donation last week, I overheard some people talking about getting their bone marrow tested so they can be added onto the donation list if anybody turns up as a match. I'm fairly tempted to get this done, too, because it'd be nice to save someone like that. Besides, I could turn up having some rare kind of bone marrow.
Maybe I'll get it done in a few months; right now, I have to prepare for wisdom teeth extraction. Lortab, here I come (in 2.5 weeks). That'll be my first experience with a narcotic and (this will make me sound weird, but) I can't wait.
