Holy shit, Marta. I wish you could have seen my reactions during that Dead Space gameplay, because I imagine it was mostly :O :O :O and then *shields eyes and then looks*
You...you bought that? /dies I'd only be able to watch someone play, and even that was rather...stressful. xD I clicked a few other related links, and the trailer with the "twinkle twinkle little star, I know not what you are" with all the death and the "CUT OFF THEIR LIMBS" eeeek! Fuck. >> I also randomly clicked on a brutal death scene (curiousity killed this kitty, ahaha) and holy shit, the gore. It just like, poked the guy in the head until the head ripped off. Like. WHY. ;-; I have to admit the story and running around a ship in space like that is super interesting, but the sounds and the constant "on your guard" "if you don't catch one, zomg" moments were a little much, for me. (Oh, did your brother get scared? Ahaha, that's cute. XD)
I'm okay. I had a bad night last night, though. There was a bug in my bed, crawling on my skin. I'm so...god, I'm so freak-out when it comes to this, so after killing it and sobbing to my mom for a good ten minutes about it, I slept ABOVE the covers with all of my clothes on, so I was super warm when I woke up, and I had a bunch of nightmares. That stupid bug. ad;jfd;j D:
Bah. That's why I stopped short in Mimana: Iyar Chronicle. I was halfway through and noticed like, nothing in the town really changed, and there was a serious lack of character development. THEN, do I research on the 'net (facepalm) and find out how awful the game is. Bah. Hate games like that! If they're going to put so much effort, they could at least make them good. XD
*Is still thinking about that crazy Dead Space, omg* We have to play together sometimes, because despite how fucking scary that was, I'm so intrigued. But, I'd never be able to play alone, either. Damn. xD
He, he played NORMAL? Zomg, nuts brother is nuts! (Hehe, I'm kidding but zomg) o__o;; I can't...I can't play horror. I told my dad about this yesterday and he balled up laughing and said "never change, sweetheart." and patted me on the head. Lulz, let me tell you...
I had an ex boyfriend who liked games like that. After much "I dunno..." he popped one in and I was like "well, whatever." because I wouldn't be playing, and I *was* curious (he's actually not an awful ex or anything, he gave me the last Prince of Persia game for free and is still friendly, I think we split ways because of moving on after school and the like - he was a year older.) Anyways, he popped in the game, and finally got me to play it. So, I'm trying to shoot the zombies, but they start...just getting more and more. Coming at me. and I'm shooting and feeling like the idiots on television that shoot everywhere BUT the target. After they got too close, I was like "Ahh!" and I threw his controller at the floor and said "GOD YOU DO IT YOU DO IT I JUST CAN'T D:" and covered my ears so I didn't hear the "graaaargh!" noise. I'm such a weenie. XD FYI, he was cracking up.
Oh, we'd be mutual clinging. XD I'm not all that familiar with scary games, and I *am* intrigued by a majority of the stories, it's just. Can't play 'em! D: So, this would be fun. To see new stories unfold, but watching Marta play while clinging to her. XD Sounds like an amazing Saturday night y/y? :D
Oh yeah, Marta. I checked my bed SO many times last night before I actually got in it. I played Persona to sort of calm my nerves, and then when I was nodding off while playing, I realized it was time for bed, so then I fell asleep, no bed-bugs! :D Also, I'm not sure what those type of beetles are. To be honest, I'm too afraid to look it up, just because of how I am. So, I'll take your word for it. I have to admit that a beetle sitting on your keyboard while you're all ">>" had me giggling.
Ahh, that happened at my old house. Oh god, I was freaked out. I don't think I was able to sleep that night. That's 10x worse. D: D: Stop visiting, or tell your dad to get a damn exterminator! D:
Ew, the enemies didn't move? They sort of move in Mimana, but they're just like on crappy pre-rendered backgrounds and it's like...I dunno. I KNOW the PSP can do better than that! ;-; I looked up Amazon reviews on Mimana before I looked into buying and everyone was like "OMG THIS WAS AWESOME!" so I don't know what kind of crack they were on, but they cost me money, the jerks. *Is looking at IGN next time, because they were much more honest*
Ah, who cares? I've commented you a few times this morning, and they're all pretty long. That's just how we roll. ;)
Ahaha, real men play on Normal or Higher, huh? XD XD That's great. Screw that, man. In Persona, they've got like Very Easy, Easy, Normal, Hard, Maniac. You can only get maniac after you've beaten the game, and nothing transfers over. No stats, no personas, none of your courage/charm/knowledge that makes the game 10x easier to play once you max them out...nothing. Eek. I play on Very Easy, despite knowing the game inside and out. You get an item that allows you (and your party) to come back to life, like 30 times. It's the coolest thing. I never die! XD XD Real "men" (aka me and these guns of steel) know what to always put the difficulty setting on! XD
Guide reader! I love that! ^__^ Aww. Personal clinger. (I wrote blinger at first and got funny images) Oh man, that sounds so much fun. ;__; You and your friend, that is. I've never had an awesome girlfriend to play games with, tbh, so I don't know what that's like. None of my girlfriends were ever really into stuff like that. I'd really love to stay awake all night with you and play any type of game Marta, even if it was freaky as hell. I could do it with you by my side! *clings* ;D (You're right, really. Oh, well. MONTH OF MARTA~!) ♥
They...really do. The tales of Maeryn & The Jade ftw. I'd buy it. Let's mutually write it! Hee. :) (We have so many crazy ideas, I love it!)
Pfft, no worries. I play Dissidia on Casual. XD It just asked me the other day, and I was like "totally casual, man" and I'd hit anyone who said otherwise. They have no right to say anything unless they step into your shoes. They don't know why you're playing on casual! xD
I love it! All of it. The thought of us spending a million and one days together, and then writing a book with such an amazing title. You and I darling, we're gonna go places! ;D
