Paris and Belgium
Yeah its been almost a year since I posted on here. I read all the time, comment not so often and never write on here! I just wanted to update my travel plans for all to see :) Angie and I have a date set and we are going to Europe! Her first time, my...5th? 6th? I am excited to show her the sights and sounds.
First off---Paris! Yes, I get to spend more than 1 day in my favorite city. We leave St Louis on December 1st and we land on the 2nd. We will be there until the 7th. We found an adorable rental apartment. Its a bit pricey but we figured---how often do we get to spend almost a week in Paris? We have a semi-itinerary for the city but we are going to spend a lot of time relaxing and just strolling. I want to spend a lot of time in cafes! I also want to spend a lot of time shopping for scarves!

On the 7th we are taking the train into Brugge and we will be there from the 7th-15th! We are staying in a hotel. We decided that would be best since Bill and Lavi would be in school plus with a 2 year old it will be a full house. We are staying at their house the last 2 nights but for a full week we will be in town. I know I want to take Angie to Gent and Brussels. I haven't been to the Christmas Market in Brussels yet and I heard its beautiful. mewsing can you recommend any other cities? We are staying here (I've actually been to this hotel and its gorgeous. And in the PERFECT spot!)

So that's the update. I'm doing great. Angie and I are living together and its wonderful. I'm still at the same job and while I'm looking elsewhere, at least I can say I have a job in this terrible economy. Angie got a job and its 2nd shift so that kind of sucks but we are making it work. Now for the next 11 months we are saving, saving, saving. I am so excited to go to two of my favorite places in the whole world!
