This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.
1). Backtagging: Sure.
2). Threadhopping: Sure if the other party agrees too.
4). Fourthwalling: Please ask me first. It's a pretty obscure canon in the US, but not as much so in Japan. The canon that would apply to him came out in 2004 and 2006 in Japan.
5). Canon puncture: Will discuss this with anyone who can. I definitely do not want him learning his eventual fate until I canon update him.
6). Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'll let you know if it offends me.

Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
1). Hugging this character: The mun is cool with it and gives her blessings. However, the character is very unlikely to let anyone get close enough to touch him, much less hug him. Expect a funny reaction if this can be accomplished.
2). Kissing this character: See above.
3). Flirting with this character: Sure, he'll be polite enough about it, but it will take a lot of work to accomplish anything with him.
4). Fighting with this character: Sure. I just don't highly recommend it, especially if you character is more on the slow side.
5). Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I'm cool with about anything that wouldn't be permanent.
6). Killing this character: I'd consider it, but definitely run it past me first please so I can plan accordingly.
Now, about one ability Leonhardt has. It isn't anything supernatural, but it is shown in canon that he has a very uncanny ability to be able to read people, especially if he can get a good look into their eyes to get an idea of their emotional state. He's more concerned about their skill in battle, but overall he's looking for anything that tells him the person's overall strength and any weaknesses he can take advantage of. He's not going to get specifics, but even if someone doesn't have an obvious weapon, he'll be able to tell from how they move that they can fight and likely what sort of weapon they use, for instance.
This obviously won't work over the journals, so this only applies if your character meets him face to face. Of course, he will likely read anything not locked on the journals to learn as much as possible about his fellow residents. And likely learn how to filter and hack within at most a month.
Also, one last thing I should note. Leonhardt definitely has some serious issues and will at times have very unhealthy thoughts that can at times tend towards suicidal and these thoughts may show up in brackets in threads. I understand this is something that can bother players or be triggering. If this is the case for you, please mention it in your response so I can keep that bit of introspection to a minimum for you.

Like a confident stance, an awareness of their environment as if they are ready for anything. A visible weapon, etc. Stuff like that can help him figure out skill level and style of fighting before he even engages them.
3. And what might he find out about their weaknesses? This would be things like are they a squishy mage (he assumes everyone is a mage, BTW). Can they be provoked easily? Do they lack confidence in their skills? Would they hesitate to hurt or kill someone?
4. Anything else you can think of? If there's anything else you can think of that someone can figure out from sight.
