Isn't life wonderful?

They say everything happens for a reason... You may not know the reason at the moment, but when the time is right, you will...

Two years ago (to a "T") was a very painful day for me. I didn't understand what was happening, why it was happening and how in the world it was "a good idea and for the best." Tears, sleepless nights, ruined holidays... all seemed to contradict the concept "it happened for a reason," more so a GOOD reason. I didn't know the reason. I couldn't see any possible reason. You couldn't pay me enough money to believe there even WAS a reason or ever would be. Months of disbelief, denial, anger, frustration, bargaining (with myself) and disappointment and still no explanation or reason.

Well, two years later, the reason is crystal clear and the message couldn't be more obvious. The reason, two years later, is that if things didn't happen the way they did, I wouldn't be able to sit here today, type this, and feel like THE luckiest woman in the whole wide world. I wouldn't be able to say that I am marrying THE most wonderful man alive. I wouldn't be able to say that I've never been happier in my life. And more so, I wouldn't be able to thank God for shutting my mouth that day and not letting me say something that would have altered the forming final decision.

If just a few things were said differently... who knows what would have happened. But I'm so glad that everything happens for a reason. For a GOOD reason. All you gotta do is be patient and wait for the explanation... and then... everything will fall into its place.

So for now, relax, stop worrying and enjoy life... for it is truely wonderful.
