->Broccolli cheese soup w/sour cream n onion baked lays...good
->2 peices of cinamin raisin toast....eh, dont really need the bread
->Bowl of raisin bran crunch w/soy milk...good
->Orange juice
->Tons os sunflower seeds....neither good or bad
->A peice of cody's bday cake...BAD!
->A now and later, 2 caramels, and a jolley rancher....BAD!

So, I did about the same yesturday. I need to not binge on sweets while Im high, or this will never work. I stretched out yesturday. I need to do it moree often and longer. Right now its like 5 in the morning and I cant muster the energy. When I get home after I take a shower Ill do some excersizes. No sweets today! Ive got to stick to it.
Man, it is way to fucking early. Im glad I have the next 3 days off after this. But then I open on monday and tuesday, so Ill be up at 5am again. oi, blegh. But my job interview is at 3pm on friday. I really hope it works out and I can make bank. And hopefully be able to ditch this shitty subway job once and for all! Now Ive gotta go walk in the dark...See ya.
