(no subject)
im spoiled. with a big bathroom/shower. i forgot to mention that, while taking a shower over the weekend, a huge chunk of tiles (including the one with the tile soap dish attached) fell off the wall. oops. so neil has to fix the big hole and in the meantime, we have to shower in his bathroom downstairs. the stall is so small i keep whacking my elbows and it gets real hot in there. when i have my own house someday, i want a huge bathroom with a huge shower.
george and gail borrowed three of my movies. i may not have a lot of movies, but the movies i have are great. i came home last night to a note that read gail and george borrowed: amelie, elf, lost in translation. if you know anything about the two of them, and the way they keep their house, then you know i have reason for concern. they are basically a big disaster. i know that the dvds will be left out, scratched, spilled on, used for a toy by one of their (super cute) kids. they better come back the way they left!!
speaking of movies, i finally saw pirates of the caribbean (the first one) last night. it was good, funny. i enjoyed it, but thought it was tooooo loooooong. i really am not ready to go to the theater to see the second one. maybe a matinee or something. but johnny depp and orlando bloom... mmmmmm.
also, on the way to the T today, i saw a car tipped over on it's side. i was pulling up near stone zoo and the accident was sort of a back-track for me. there were already people running over to it, pulled over, stopped, ready to help. so i just kept driving on. but i felt guilty the whole time. really, what would i have done if i had stopped? sure, if there was no one around i would have gone and done my part, but too many cooks in the kitchen, you know?
