Yep! Sally Hansen's Insta-Dri in Silver Sweep as a base coat. The colors used for the gradient are Insta-Dri Pronto Purple, then Xtreme Wear Blue It, and then Insta-Dri Blue Streak. Then just some glitter on top and a topcoat.
