question about clear mascara

is there a clear mascara that is available in drugstores in the states? I want to use it for my brows but cant bring myself to go to sephora to splurge on like $20 for clear brow gel. I know covergirl used to make one but i cant find it anymore. I have been spraying some hair gel on a spoolie but it isn't the same. i guess a tinted one would work if there isn't a clear. Anyone here have any suggestions?
