Foundation Help!!

I'd LOVE some input on a tiny foundation question, since you all are so fabulous :)

I'm looking for a foundation that will give me a dewy finish, but with fairly great coverage. I don't want to look oily or anything, I'm just looking for something that will look a little less powdery, so that if i'd like to tone it down, I can use a powder if I want.
