Drugstore makeup?

I have a simple quick question, for all us girls living on a tight budget and unfortunately do not have extra money to spend on glorious pricey makeup...what store brand eyeshadows {makeup] do you definitely approve of?

Milani, Cover Girl (I just buy their shadows) and L'Oreal.

I really like milani.
Loreal HIP pigments are nice too, but I'd only buy them if they're BOGO, they're a bit more pricey.

i agree with you about the brush, its awful. i personally dont like their liner at all.
the pigments are a totally different story though. the brush that they come with is super soft, just as soft as my mac brushes. the color pay off is really awesome also.

as far as eyeshadows go, NYX and L'Oreal HIP both have pretty great color payoff. apparently Revlon foundation is comparable to MAC ( http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=u11exF8iEAA ) but I wouldn't know from experience with it. I have never ever had a bad CoverGirl mascara, save for LashBlast but only because I thought the brush was terrible. L'Oreal mascaras in my experience are very clumpy, but things work differently for different people. and Rimmel makes a great kohl liner for super cheap!

Both the shadows and pigments are pretty nice. The gel liner is also awesome.
