I'm craving a Caprese Salad something awful right now. Unfortunately the closest place that serves them is an hour away. I love sweet small town living but damn can't we get at least one decent restaurant? I've been looking up online menus for restaurants in Jacksonville for an hour and now have no less than 5 restaurants I want to go to. I wish I didn't love food so much.
