OKAY FOR THOSE WHO NEED HELP WITH GETTING THE CODE IN,
GO TO MANAGE--->CUSTOMIZE--->CHANGE TO STYLE SHEET1 (MAKE SURE YOU CLICK 'CHANGE' AFTER YOU'VE SWITCHED TO S1)--->MODIFY JOURNAL--->ENTER CUSTOMISED COLORS---> SCROLL DOWN, PASTE OVERIDES IN BOX--->SAVE--->REFRESH
