I really hope this gives some people the nudge they need to make a healthy lifestyle choice.
And for those who don't make that choice, I look forward to seeing you huddle outside in the freezing cold to smoke your death sticks. And I will probably join you a few times (not to smoke) outside on the warm spring days.
