Yum Yum Raspberry Cheesecake
The other day i went to Popular in City Mall with my parents and bought a recipe book on cheesecake. Since i had nothing to do at home, i baked my first raspberry cheesecake yesterday nite. And the outcome was so satisfying kekeke :p....
Actually, i was supposed to make blueberry cheesecake. I went to Consfood and found there were many different fillings, but the one i want they dont have. So, i changed hehe (no raspberry cheesecake in the book, means my own recipe la wakkakakakakakakaka).
After i baked out, the cheesecake needed to be chilled for at least 6 hrs before serve. Means that the next morning onli i can taste. So, i woke up so early today (usually i slept till 10-11am). For the sake of my cheesecake, i woke up at 7am. Then onli i realized my camera no battery, i charged for 1 and half hour. So, at 8.30am, my 'baby' was born kekeke.... It looked so beautiful, i tak sampai hati wanna cut but, it looked delicious too kakaka! My mum said very good, but i think its too sweet for me... Anyway, YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! vhehe
