Greetings and salutations! I hope you enjoyed your Halloween evening, and each of you harvested many treats and tricks to munch and giggle about as we sail into the official holiday season. I think I stand with everyone else here -- where did the time go?
I extend my warm thanks to those of you who attended the BBQ Madness held on October 22nd. It was wonderful to see you and spend some quality time with those nearest and dearest. The mission of my BBQ was successful; the sci-fi club has been officially established through the IFT and we are officially the first San Francisco/East Bay Area chapter on the map. W00t! Again, my most heartfelt thanks for helping achieve this! I couldn't have done it without you.

For now I'm back to the books (which are still eating me). The good news is that I am finally catching up and making progress -- no longer behind as bad as I was before. I am very fortunate for patient and understanding teachers!
