As a resident of the ACT I will be missing this shindig. But hope it is fun. Also - do you know anything of that photo? I assume it is a clever fabrication but wow is it impressive. Nice lines.

I just tweaked why the pic looks so... human. I've seen a few collections like this, done with body paint to blend almost seamlessly with the background. They look amazing! :)

And about the celebration - I plan to be there.

I suspect the magic of Photoshop. The bark textures are inconsistent and there's a bit of fringing down the left thigh. You could be right about the body paint as part of the composite though.
