Well actually there's two rooms cos my neighbors are looking for someone as well. Theirs includes a reasonable sized carpeted bedroom plus bungalo studio, mine's a large uncarpeted bedroom with built-in robes plus lock-up garage storage/workshop. Rent's the same on both - $758.50pcm ($175pw) plus bond & bills, and either way there's hippies involved.
