i have to say that charles bukowski is by far one of my favorite authors of all time, and after seeing this i had to laugh...

only because, they claim that he wasn't a beat author, and that he had no association with jack keroack and the like (which he did btw). i don't know how anyone could argue with the fact that he did know the "beat authors" or that he is not one of the greatest authors in at least the past fifty years, but PLAEASE if anyone can contridict/give inasight to this, plaease, PLEASE, let me know. two of my favorite books ever are ham on rye and post office. the sitirical humor of the "autobiogrophy" in ham on rye, and the sarchastic humor of post office, make them two of my favorites....so i would like some feedback on this....
