very filled weekend..
Saturday night was a longgg one.. Started at my house with beers in the backyard by the fire, Jon, Monkey, Zakk, his ex, and Myself.. I talked to Rick and he came by.. so then weed was added to the mix of course.. just him and myself though.. out of nowhere Kyle stopped by and hung out for a bit.. gotta get on the Halo 3 with him sometime.. we all decided it was time to go out to the bar, zakk and his ex left, and rick and kyle opted out of joining us at the bar, but rick did agree to drive our drunk asses to one.. we stopped in at cbs, and Tomas met us there, him and I walked in to scope the place out and there were literally 2 people in there! heh, so we turned around, went back out, and rick drove us all over to buckleys.. we went in there and it was PACKED out with people dressed up.. we eventually found out it was a wedding reception.. we all decided to get a beer rather than just move on to the next place, but hey, it was alright for a bit.. we ran into Jen Carey, which I remember hanging out with in like 10th grade for a bit.. I was surprised she even knew who the hell I was to be honest haha.. she started telling Jon and I how we used to look better with shorter hair, or with less facial hair.. don't you love how women feel they can just make those suggestions without any knowledge of how you don't give a fuck or how rude it actually is hah.. I should start doing that to them.. Oh hey, I haven't seen you in years, yea, your hair looked way better before, and I liked you alot better when you weighed 20 pounds less.. you should do that again.. heh anyway.. we left there, Tomas drove us in his truck to McBriens.. it was a 5$ cover charge, but who woulda known that place was so cool.. we went into the bar area and who do we run into but Britney, Destiny, and Reba.. talked to them for a bit.. then continued to roam around, caught some of the live band that was playing.. heard and sung along to a sabbath cover.. talked to Tomas about our vacation for awhile, found out that the two places I really wanted to see Norway and Amsterdam were his two big places too, very cool! The girls wanted us to join them at Durans for the rest of the night, which sounded like a good idea to us, so we ended up walking over there.. Tomas left at this point, and Destiny was being lame and high maintenance saying she was too good to walk to durans she had to get a cab.. all the rest of us walked, since it was literally like 10 minutes down the road.. if that.. we got there and it was a pretty cool place.. recognized a couple people, Toms ex-girlfriend was there.. and Paul from the restaraunt at my job was there.. we talked to him for awhile.. he ended up taking me out to his truck in the parking lot and showing me a massive bag of some goodies.. I smelt them, and taste tested them ;) and he broke me off a sample and gave it to me.. awesome dude! we went back to the bar and the doors were locked heh.. they let us back in though and we hung for a bit more.. and seeing as I didn't get much time to talk to destiny at all, it felt a bit awkward, but I ended up exchanging numbers with her, for a possible future date.. gotta figure out how to play that one.. though it could easily be a waste of my time.. only time will tell.. we ended up leaving Durans around 5, walkign home, and I passed out around 5:30-6.. got up around noon.. felt a bit hungover.. though I pretty much behaved myself, stuck to beer, aside from a handfull of shots of Jack heh.. didn't do much during the day, hung out with Jon for a bit when he came to get his car from my house.. and then tested the samples I received from the night before while watching some HowardTv in an empty house.. very relaxing.. rounded everyone up and we went over Zakks for a steak dinner.. good shit.. then we had to split up, but meet back again at Darkside in wading river.. took Jon, Jackie, and myself a bit of time to find.. but we found it, and hopped in the line where Zakk and Monkey already were.. it was pretty much exactly like it was last year, but it was pretty cool nevertheless.. aside from the shitty emo band they had playing live outdoors.. why wouldn't you get some sweet death metal, or black metal for a haunted house!? wouldn't that scare most people!? lammeeee.. anyhow, afterwards we just hugn at my house for a bit and they all went home around 11.. Monday was pretty uneventfull.. went to my grandparents for my dads birthday dinner.. they're leaving tonight to go to florida for a couple months, so I offered to house sit and they had no issues with it.. so it looks like i'm moving out for a bit.. should be pretty fun! they have DSL and DirectTV with DVR, and their tv is fairly big.. so I won't really have to give up too many things to live there.. and also they have a fireplace, so that is sweet on its own! only downfalls I can think of is I'll miss the puppy.. no more HowardTV unless I download specific shows.. but whatever.. it will be more freedom! and a nice little test for myself, before the time comes to move far away somewhere..
